Abstract
Throughout history, human beings have looked beyond their immediate surroundings, travelling and exploring the limits of the Earth. Only recently however have journeys beyond the confines of our globe become possible. Could humans really reach the planets, or even the distant stars? Join us to examine the potential for human or robotic travel across our Solar System, our Galaxy and beyond.

This talk is suitable for a general audience. Refreshments will follow in the foyer.
