Chapter 2:  You are responsible for all the material in chapter 2 except sections 2.2.2 and 2.5.3
Chapter 3:  You are responsible for sections 3.1.1,-3.1.3,3.2.1,3.2.2 and example 3.10
Chapter 4: You are responsible for all the material is chapter 4 except sections 4.2.1,4.2.3,4.4.2-4.4.4 and part of 4.1.3 (no torque formulas)
Chapter 5:  You are responsible for all the material in chapter 5 except sections 5.4.2,5.4.3 (we use equation 5.8.3 but you are not responsible for the derivation) and parts of 5.3.2 (skip the proof), 5.4.1 (don't worry about examples 5.11, 5.12)
Chapter 6:  You are responsible for all the material in chapter 6 except parts of sections 6.1.2 and 6.1.3 (we discussed this material qualitatively), and sections 6.2.1.,6.3.2, 6.3.3,6.4.2
Chapter 7: You are responsible for sections 7.1.1-7.1.3 (don't worry about the proof for the flux rule), 7.2.1-7.2.3, 7.3.1-7.3.3
