Malcolm Stott Teaching Assistant Award website ( was created to allow students a way to nominate the deserving teaching assistant to be considered for the teaching award available from the Department of Physics, Engineering Physics & Astronomy for the physics courses the student is enrolled in.

Nomination form

The personal data collected by the nomination form is your name, student number, email, TA nominee, Physics course(s) and the reason for the nomination. The nomination form also collects your IP address after submission. All personal data collected will be retained for 12 months. After 12 months, the personal data will be deleted from the system.

All data collected will be kept private but will be reviewed by the committee for nomination purpose only. The annual winners are usually announced during the first week of October.
